Conditions of participation competitions

Participation and exclusion:

Competitions are not supported by Facebook/ Instagram and are in no connection to Facebook/ Instagram. The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is not Facebook/Instagram but but TattooMed GmbH, Ulmer Str. 300, 70327 Stuttgart. This also applies to other separate platforms. A participation in the competition is only possible with the conditions of participation listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly recognizes these conditions of participation. TattooMed GmbH reserves the right to cancel or end competitions at any time. The participation is possible from the age of 18. All people worldwide can participate. We reserve the right to exclude hurtful or discriminatory contributions from the competition.

Profit and period

The package specified in the respective campaign is awarded. The period will also be announced in the respective campaign.

Specification determination & notification

The winner will be drawn by chance and is TattooMed GmbH on the respective platform, as noted in the campaign.

Shipping takes place via DHL

Miscellaneous

TattooMed GmbH reserves the right to end the competition at any time without compliance with deadlines, in whole or in part or to change it in its course, provided that it is not possible for technical or legal reasons to ensure proper execution of the action.

Legal process

The legal process is excluded. It is only applicable to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If individuals of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the other conditions of participation remains unaffected. These conditions of participation can be made at any time from TattooMed GmbH can be changed without separate notification. The profit cannot be paid out.
